Sal The Sundry Atlas. It's your access to every detail Sundry offers, in three areas: product taxability, exemption proof and returns.
Sal Product taxability. Every product is decided against the statute that controls it: exempt, taxable, or exempt only when a condition is met.
Sal Excise taxes classify the product and measure it on the base the law sets: the selling price, or liters, units and other measures.
Dana And the exemption proof?
Sal Every exemption proof Sundry supports, each with its form, its statute and how Sundry requests and verifies it.
Sal Because an exempt sale without proof is a taxable sale.
Sal Then returns: the combined excise return to the Department of Revenue, the returns other state agencies require, and city returns, B and O and each city's own taxes.
