A reseller permit: Sundry reads it itself, and a permit its read cannot settle is not counted until it is resolved. On the return, a sale is exempt only when its proof is verified and in force on the sale date; a permit can arrive up to a hundred and twenty days after the sale, but it must have been valid on the day of the sale.
