The categories of service providers Sundry uses, what data each touches, and where they operate.
1. What this page is
1.1Sundry uses service providers to deliver the service. This page lists them by category, with what each does, what data it touches and where it operates. It is the provider list referred to in the Data Processing Addendum and the Website Privacy Notice. Within a category Sundry may change which provider it uses. The categories, and the rules below, are what we commit to.

3. AI and training
3.1Sal is an AI agent, and Sundry uses other AI agents to help run the service. We do not use customer data to train AI models, and our providers are contractually barred from doing so.
4. Where providers operate
4.1Every provider above handles customer data in the United States only. We will not move a provider’s handling of customer data outside the United States without the notice in the next section.
5. Notice of changes
5.1We give at least 30 days’ notice before we add a new category of provider that touches Firm Data, and before we move any provider’s handling of Firm Data outside the United States. We post the change on this page, change the version number, and email the account contact of each subscribing firm.
5.2A firm may object in writing to contact@sundry.tax within that time, as the Data Processing Addendum describes.
